Sherri can coach your sales team how to Sell More using her “Smart Selling Now" techniques and PlanProphet. Sherri understands and uses PlanProphet  since its inception and it is an integral part of her program. 

Sherri provides 1-1 sales training and small group sales coaching over the phone. (Sessions are generally 1 hour and includes hands on training). Utilizing Plan Prophet, Sherri will review the salesperson's notes, activities, emails and guide them on qualifying and then closing the sale.

All of Smart Selling Now's customers  use Plan Prophet and Sherri teaches them how to effectively record their notes, activities, emails, and follow up activities and she has access to review this in order to coach them and help them grow their sales.

Sherri reads their emails and offers constructive ways to improve their messaging.

She also reads their notes and guides them on how to qualify a prospect or customer and determine how often to stay connected to them and help them determine their messaging based on what we think the customer may buy.

Sherri will also assess the salesperson’s product knowledge and then helps build their skills and knowledge base so they can successful sell the full line of products and services.

Sherri will hold the salesperson accountable for using PlanProphet to schedule tasks for both customers and prospects, record their notes, appointments and activities.

Sherri  provides constructive guidance on ways to improve.

Sherri provides a weekly report to the owners which includes her suggestions and action items.

Sherri uses PlanProphet's chatter to communicate to the sales team on next steps.

Sales coaching services can be 1-1 or small group training using Google Meetings . 

Sherri is also available for live and in person boot camp training which usually occurs on site for several days . 

Sherri will spend time in your business with the sales/customer service team to shadow their activities, offer advise and reinforce Smart Selling Now techniques using PlanProphet properly as a collaborative sales tool.

Sherri will act as an extension of your sales team and call on dormant accounts, qualify prospects, follow up on quotes and follow up after the sale.

Sherri will review your Customer data files to look at customer inactivity as well as to assess the types of projects you quote and receive and determine what service offerings need to be strengthened and promoted.

Sherri will also help you develop the talk tracks for the specific industry/ job titles you support.

Sherri uses PlanProphet to record her calls, notes and emails and collaborates with the owner and team using chatter so they are aware of next steps such as the need for a revised quote, feedback on the customer or quote etc.

Sherri will provide a weekly report of all of her calls, emails, notes and activities as well as any follow up activities needed to be done by team.

Sherri will set qualified appointments for the sales team when appropriate.

Sherri has an email address for each client’s center as well as marketing materials to support her efforts when she emails the prospect on behalf of the center.
