Sherri provides 1-1 sales training and small group sales coaching over the phone. (Sessions are generally 1 hour and includes hands on training). Utilizing Plan Prophet, Sherri will review the salesperson's notes, activities, emails and guide them on qualifying and then closing the sale.

Sherri will act as an extension of your sales team and call on dormant accounts, qualify prospects, follow up on quotes and follow up after the sale.
Sherri will review your Customer data files to look at customer inactivity as well as to assess the types of projects you quote and receive and determine what service offerings need to be strengthened and promoted.
Sherri will also help you develop the talk tracks for the specific industry/ job titles you support.
Sherri uses PlanProphet to record her calls, notes and emails and collaborates with the owner and team using chatter so they are aware of next steps such as the need for a revised quote, feedback on the customer or quote etc.
Sherri will provide a weekly report of all of her calls, emails, notes and activities as well as any follow up activities needed to be done by team.
Sherri will set qualified appointments for the sales team when appropriate.
Sherri has an email address for each client’s center as well as marketing materials to support her efforts when she emails the prospect on behalf of the center.
